Keith Holland joined STEP Inc as Housing Services Director in September 2024 after retiring from a career in public administration. He was accepted as a board member for AECP in November 2024. Keith brings 34 years of experience in local government administrative and executive positions, mostly in Virginia, specializing in community and economic development and managing multiple housing related federal and state grants. He holds a Master of City Management degree from East Tennessee State University and is a native of Franklin County, Virginia. Keith has a strong passion for public service and creating community vitality through economic, cultural, and innovative public and nonprofit collaboration, with an emphasis on safe, affordable, and sustainable housing.
