Kenny Vance is the Director of Housing and Weatherization for Central Virginia Alliance for Community Living, Inc. He is also a BPI certified Quality Control Inspector and Energy Auditor. Ken has been in weatherization and with CVACL since 2014. Prior to that, Ken has extensive background in residential home design, construction, and insurance underwriting inspections.
