Bryan Burris is the Vice President of Energy Conservation at project:HOMES, a Richmond based housing nonprofit that provides affordable housing solutions to those in need. He joined project:HOMES in 2019 and has worked with federal, state, and local partners to implement weatherization and utility programs in low to moderate income properties across central and eastern Virginia. He is a former HERS rater, BPI instructor, and technical monitor for Virginia’s Weatherization Assistance Program.
