As the Director of Weatherization Programs and Services at CHP, Meghan McMillen oversees the efficient and effective delivery of weatherization programs across Virginia. She ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards while managing multiple programs statewide. Additionally, Meghan leads senior field staff, providing guidance on job expectations, scheduling, and professional development. She also oversees the financial and operational objectives of the weatherization department.

Since joining CHP in 2009 as an Administrative Operations Coordinator, Meghan has advanced through several leadership roles, including Administrative Operations Manager and Senior Manager of Weatherization Operations. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she was honored with the inaugural Person of the Year Award by the Association of Energy Conservation Professionals (AECP) in 2019.

Meghan holds multiple certifications, including the Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Certification and American Red Cross certification as an Adult, Infant, and Child CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor. She currently serves as President of the AECP Board and is an active board member of the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council (VAEEC) and Energy Outwest (EOW).
